Without any hesitation Rob just said “when the new one gets here just bring it in and I’ll take care of it.” Now that’s customer service.

They took… read more the time to go over every detail about the work that needed to be done and kept me on the loop the entire time. I took my vehicle for a small dent, due to the location of it they had to replace the entire trim, they also buffed down a smaller one on the upper bumper and painted it. I dropped it off at 8am and it was ready to go the next day by 5pm!! The work they did on my car was AMAZING! The car looked even better than it did when I drove it out of the car lot. They fixed it, washed it, vacuumed it, you name it! The experience from start to finish was a breeze. If you need anything done, this is the place to go!!

We waited 2 weeks just to get an appointment and dropped our car off on a Monday… read more and was told it should take about a week to get repaired. Then on Tuesday at end of business we get a call saying they haven’t had a chance to look at it and it will be at least 3 days before they can get it on a lift to inspect it and then would be at least 3 weeks before they can even begin the repairs. We were so angry and felt lied to. They must have thought we would leave the car there to avoid the hassle of trying to pick it up but my wife needs her van and can’t wait another month for repairs. We picked up the car Wednesday morning and called our insurance company for a list of DRPs. We found Painter’s Collision! They were upfront and honest with us that there are issue sometimes getting parts and they couldn’t give us a timeline for repairs without doing an inspection. We dropped the car of Weds afternoon, met with Cecilia and Eddie who did a basic visual inspection. Eddie said the damage appeared to be minor and repair time would just be based on parts but they would know more when they got it on the lift. Thursday Eddie called to say that the damage is limited like he suspected. He checked on parts and they were available. Our car was fixed NEXT Day!!!! We can’t thank Painter’s Collision enough and we will definitely be recommending them to everyone we know. Trust me don’t be treated small by the big guys. Call Painter’s and let them treat you right!

March 30, 2022Nicholas GosliakI’ve gotten estimates and been to several body shops after an accident. This place made it super easy, especially if you have Geico. My car had minor damage… read more to the rear bumper, and the initial estimate was 2 days max. After digging into it, they determined there was more edamame and had to replace the bumper cover. The bumper cover was in the next day, and painted by that evening. They ended up taking an extra day because the painter was 100% happy with how the color turned out. If you didn’t know, plastic bumpers always seem to be slightly different than the metal body of the car. My car is pure gray, which I would imagine can be very easy to mess up. Anyway, they repainted it the next day, and we’re a little happier. They let me go in, inspect and even let me take the car to drive for a few days and see if I would like them to repaint it again. The actual person who painted the car came out to talk to me, and you can tell he took great pride in his work. So far, it matches the front bumper as far as I can tell (they have to do anything to the front) so I don’t think I will take them up their offer to repaint it under warranty. The staff here are amazing, the estimate with a replaced bumper cover was just over $1000, and you can’t beat how quick they got the car in and out. I will not use any other place for body work again!

I have heard so many great things about Painters Collision Center, so I took my car to get an estimate, or to see if it was even fixable and they told me it would be no problem and it wouldn’t even take that long. I was so nervous. Looking back, I had no reason to be nervous. They exceeded my expectations. My car looked brand stinkin new. I met a few members of the team, and let me just say… it is a fantastic team. Ranging from management, to estimators, the body techs, to the head painter. They all did a fantastic job. I am beyond happy and relieved. I will always recommend all my friends, family, coworkers and whoever needs it to this shop. I cannot wait to see them grow to other locations in the future. Thank you Painters!!
