Happy Cars, Happy Clients
I hit a couch on the freeway. I knew right away where to go for the body repair. I've heard very good things from friends about painters over the years. I've had terrible experiences from other body shops previously. They were professional and communicated with us regularly, giving us status updates. They communicated with insurance very well for payment and finished the repair quickly. It looks great!
My family has used Painters for years, you can expect nothing but professionalism from them. No job is too big or small. I recently lost a headlight washer cover. I ordered one online and sent painters a email for an estimate, Jim responded within the hour and i dropped it off the next day. Rob followed through the following business day. In the nightmare of post covid logistics i was sent the wrong cover, no fault of theirs. Without any hesitation Rob just said "when the new one gets here just bring it in and I'll take care of it." Now that's customer service.
I had a deep scratch on the hood of my brand-new truck. I originally took it to a different shop and the tech there said I would need the whole hood repainted. Painters was able to buff out the scratch in less than 30 minutes. No one can tell the scratch was there. Everyone I interacted with at Painters has been very professional and courteous. I Highly recommend this body shop.
We first took our car to one if those Big Guys (Caliber Collision). We waited 2 weeks just to get an appointment and dropped our car off on a Monday and was told it should take about a week to get repaired. Then on Tuesday at end of business we get a call saying they haven’t had a chance to look at it and it will be at least 3 days before they can get it on a lift to inspect it and then would be at least 3 weeks before they can even begin the repairs. We were so angry and felt lied to. They must have thought we would leave the car there to avoid the hassle of trying to pick it up but my wife needs her van and can’t wait another month for repairs. We picked up the car Wednesday morning and called our insurance company for a list of DRPs. We found Painter’s Collision! They were upfront and honest with us that there are issue sometimes getting parts and they couldn’t give us a timeline for repairs without doing an inspection. We dropped the car of Weds afternoon, met with Cecilia and Eddie who did a basic visual inspection. Eddie said the damage appeared to be minor and repair time would just be based on parts but they would know more when they got it on the lift. Thursday Eddie called to say that the damage is limited like he suspected. He checked on parts and they were available. Our car was fixed NEXT Day!!!! We can’t thank Painter’s Collision enough and we will definitely be recommending them to everyone we know. Trust me don’t be treated small by the big guys. Call Painter’s and let them treat you right!
