James Huard, the owner-operator of Painter’s, brings in excess of 35 years of body shop experience and leadership. The processes and systems used at Painter’s represents the culmination of the absolute best methodologies implemented throughout the collision repair industry. These processes are widely accepted by the best-of-the-best in the industry and is part of the reason why so many insurance companies want to work with Painter’s once it became known James Huard owns and operates this location.
As soon as you drop off your vehicle for repairs, it’s immediately moved and assigned to a technician to begin the disassembly process.
During disassembly our amazing repair planners begin ordering the necessary parts and preparing your vehicle’s estimate.
Next, our Customer Care Specialist will contact you to review repairs, answer any questions you may have, and keep you updated throughout the repair process.
While your vehicle is in our shop, we’ll also work directly with your insurance company, on your behalf, to ensure timely authorizations and milestones are met to ensure your vehicle is returned to you promptly. If an insurance company is not involved, we’re happy to work directly with you throughout the entire repair process to also ensure you’re back on the road in a timely manner.
Once repairs are complete, your vehicle is moved to our skilled paint team. They match and mix the color and paint the damaged area(s).
After your vehicle is painted, a body technician will reassemble your vehicle.
From there, your vehicle is washed and vacuumed and will be returned to you just like the day you bought it!
The last step in the process is an internal quality control check. Our team will review the original paperwork to ensure your vehicle was properly repaired.
Finally, you’ll be notified when it’s time to pick up your vehicle and sign final paperwork.
