The new owner/operator of Painter’s brings with him over 35 years of industry experience. He developed this process throughout the years, and it has been proven to work time and time again. This process has been widely accepted in the industry and has worked so well that most insurance carriers wanted to sign up their Direct Repair Programs once they heard we had acquired the Painters location.
As soon as you drop off for repairs, we move your vehicle to one of our technicians in order to get the disassembly complete. While our technician is disassembling your vehicle, our amazing repair planners start on ordering the parts and preparing your estimate for repairs. From there, our Customer Care Specialist will let you know what we are doing to repair your vehicle and will keep you updated throughout the repair process. The repair planner focuses on coordinating the repairs, as well as working with insurance directly.
After the technician assigned to your vehicle has completed the repair work, we move it over to our very talented painting team. They match and mix the color and paint the area of damage. Once your vehicle completes the baking process and we quality check the paint match, we send it back over to the body technician in order to reassemble your vehicle. From there, we do a nice wash, a quality check and then call you to let you know that your vehicle is complete and ready for pick up.
