A: My amazing co-workers, learning something new every day. I also love it when a customer leaves here happy with our service and workmanship, it’s a great feeling!
Q: What Do You Do When You’re Not Working at Painter’s Collision Centers?
A: I’m a homebody, especially after a long week. If I was in CA, I’d be at the beach. But these days, hanging with my boyfriend and puppy. I love reading, cooking/baking, watching good movies/shows, etc., when I have time.
Q: What Sports Teams Do You Follow?
A: I have never been big into sports; however, I enjoy watching the Angels play baseball every once in a while!

A: Quentin Tarantino movies…all of them.
Q: Favorite TV Shows?
A: 90-day fiancé, Married with Children, Seinfeld. And I have a small addiction to true crime shows.

A: A 3-month-old Charcoal Lab named Quentin, and a 10-year-old black cat named Cleo

A: The beach, or anything that entails swimming/ being on the water.

Q: What Are Some of The Customer Service Things You’re Proud of at Painter’s Collision Centers and Describe Your View of What Exceptional Customer Service Is?
A: I am proud of the fact that our customers are our #1 priority. We work so hard to make sure that our customers leave satisfied with their whole experience. I am proud that we have two customer service specialists here in Queen Creek, and one in Chandler that truly care about what they do and are so great at advocating for our customers while their vehicle is in our hands.
My view of customer service is truly being their voice for them while their car is being repaired. Keeping a smile on your face while explaining our process and updating our customers. And truly listening to concerns. I could go on forever about this.
Q: What Are Some of The Changes You’ve Seen in This Industry, and How Has Painter’s Collision Centers Reacted to Them?
A: It has been a big struggle since Covid to get parts in. We haven’t let this bring us down. We go above and beyond to get parts in and get these vehicles back to their owners and on the road.
