Q: What Are Some of The Customer Service Things You’re Proud of at Painters Collision Center and Describe Your View of What Exceptional Customer Service Is?
A: We go way over the top with customer service and that’s why I like working here. Quality is really important and cycle time (turnaround) is also key. We get the cars in and out of here as fast as we can and every repair is impeccable. It makes me proud to work at Painters Collision Center.
Q: What Are Some of The Changes You’ve Seen in This Industry, and How Has Painters Collision Center Reacted to Them?
A: The cars have changed so much, it’s unbelievable. To stay ahead of the new technology, I have to continually learn as much as I can about ADAS and diagnostics, for example. I am I-CAR Platinum tech, which is the highest level a technician can get. I can do aluminum repairs as well as plastic welding, and if I need to, I can paint a car. So, I consider myself a combo tech and I am proud of that.
